SCRANTON, PA — It comes from the heart.
A valentine community garden in South Scranton has taken on new meaning this year with some of the large red hearts decorating the lot containing messages of encouragement for Scranton police Detective Kyle Gilmartin, who is recovering from being shot twice in the head last month in the line of duty during an investigation.
