SCRANTON, PA — A local park garden is kicking off a campaign in preparation for Valentine’s Day.
The Garden of Cedar launched the Garden of Hearts campaign Tuesday.
The public can decorate the garden with hearts with personalized messages attached. For many, it’s used as a way to remember loved ones who’ve passed.
